Horizon Resources was incorporated in March 2007, our remit was to provide headhunting and recruitment services whilst being ethically sound and valued through delivery.
We are now based in St James Park, in Central London with a highly effective team of recruitment consultants consistently achieving well over half a million pounds in revenue per year. Although the company has grown in size, responsibilities and remit, our core values have remained steadfast.
Horizon Resources deliver permanent and contract resource for medium to large software vendors, system integrators, management consultancies, financial services, large retailers and multinational Engineering Blue chip organisations.
Our team is set up to cover professional services, sales and senior management within well defined niches. This gives our clients a specific recruiter that will have an understanding of an industry, competitors and technology.
Our predominant strength is networking, although we invest in advertising online and through traditional media.
With no outside debt or association with a parent group, we feel no pressure with meeting unrealistic investor targets. This freedom has led to valued and happy partnerships with our clients and candidates and has provided us with a highly regarded business reputation.
We are determined to continue to strengthen our partnerships with existing clients whilst continually seeking to work with additional competitive companies, building year on year in profitability and client satisfaction.
